It is a civil war which is happened during the Targaryen reigin.It was happened between Rhaenyra Targaryen and Aegon II Targaryen.In the end of the war both of sides died.




Background
King Viserys I Targaryen had three children from Aemma Arryn but only one of them grew up,Rheanyra Targaryen.King Viserys hadn't got boy heir so he started to raise Rhaenyra as his heir.Many people thought she has talent to rule and she was supported to be a queen in a short time.After the death of Queen Aemma,King Viserys declared Rhaenyra as his heir and hundreads of knight and lords pledged loyal to Rhaenyra.
King married Alicent Hightower in 106AC and they had 4 children: Aegon,Helaena,Aemond and Daeron.In Alicent and Viserys' fifth wedding anniversary was organized a huge tournament.At the first day feast of tournament Queen Alicent wore a green dress and Princess Rhaenyra wore a red-black dress.(Because of that at the events will happen in future,Queen's side will known as the greens and Princess' side will known as the blacks.)Criston Cole who was supported by Rhaenyra won the tournament.
In 114AC Rhanyra married Laenor Velaryon.They had 3 children named Jacaerys,Lucerys, and Joffrey.But according to the rumors children's father wasn't Prince Laenor,it was Harwin Strong.After death of Laenor Velaryon,Rhaenyra married his uncle Daemon Targaryen and she has 2 children,Aegon the Younger and Viserys.

 Result
Aegon III crowned as king and he married Aegon II's daughter. Only two dragons remained.
